Strategic Planning

The strategic plan defines where the organization is going, the steps it takes to get there, the outcomes, results expected and the metrics that measure success.

One of OEC’s key differentiator and centerpiece services is the development and implementation of customized Strategic Planning solutions and systems for our clients, using tools such as internal and external scans, market and competitive analysis, SWOT Analysis, Scenario Building, Benchmarking, Balanced Scorecard and Baldrige Criteria. OEC consultants are experts in developing clear, structured processes that fit the unique needs of each organization, working with clients to incorporate their existing plan and goals into a more effective and efficient system. At the division and department levels, strategic planning activities usually include leaders, managers, and supervisors who represent different functions in order to provide alignment of vision, strategy, goals and role clarity. The deliverable(s), a strategic plan and/or implementation plan, reflects actual projects and goals, resource needs, timelines, and performance metrics that create accountability to the Implementation Plan.
