Team Development

OEC works with executive teams, senior leadership teams, cross-functional teams, functional teams and project teams to align their goals and maximize their performance.

Specifically OEC has worked with teams to establish norms, expectations, goals, metrics, team charters, role clarity, decision making, communication mechanisms, project plans, meeting structure and facilitation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal team building.

Additionally, OEC consultants frequently facilitate annual team, executive and board retreats and planning sessions.
