Team Building
OEC works with both functional teams and project teams to help them accomplish their mission/charter. In the case of functional teams our work entails assisting team leaders and team members to align goals and team measures with the corporate strategic plan and to reduce conflict by clarifying roles, decision making authority and resource allocation. Regarding project teams, OEC consultants frequently assist with initial chartering, identification of key deliverables, meeting facilitation and/or resolution of team issues. In addition, we facilitate team, executive and board retreats.
