OEC offers two customized academies to meet the unique needs of your organization. Our Supervisor/Manager Academy focuses on building skills necessary to succeed in terms of both productivity and people management skills and our Director/Executive Academy is designed to focus higher level managers on strategic issues and cross-functional integration.

In addition, OEC’s newest program, Sound Bytes, offers organizations that are short on time and finances, condensed customized supervisor-level sessions that deliver one key skill that can immediately improve the quality of the supervisor’s interaction, impact and leadership. The methodology follows a simple design that first provides context and introduction to the skill, then practice of the skill and finally, a plan to apply the skill back on the job. Sound Byte sessions can be 2-4 hours long depending on the subject matter.

OEC also provides leadership development services such as leadership coaching, succession planning, mentoring, 360-degree feedback (using a customizable assessment system), educational trainings on a wide variety of topics, and behavioral assessment centers. These are integrated and designed to be consistent with other development program components.
