Leadership Development

OEC's cadre of consultants understands that it takes a multi-faceted approach to developing exceptional leaders. We work with clients to develop leadership development opportunities that enhance current skills and prepare a pool of organizational leaders for future advancement/succession opportunities.

OEC works with leaders at all levels of the organization to develop leadership skills needed to accomplish organizational goals. Leadership development encompasses a wide variety of development opportunities including 360-degree feedback, individual coaching, mentoring, shadowing, training, business simulations, eLearning, task force participation and leadership, job rotation, stretch assignments, action learning, case studies, and professional organization and community service leadership and Board roles. OEC works with clients to determine leadership development needs and design and deliver a custom leadership development program at an individual, team or organizational level.

OEC has a long and successful track record designing and delivering Management and Supervisor Development Academies.  The learnings are practical, work related and immediately applicable.  Academies can be structured in a variety of ways. Each Academy is comprised of a cohort group who attend a series of modules.
