Pam Gleason, MS

Pam Gleason is a principal in Organization Effectiveness Consultants and has over 15 years experience working in the field of Human Resources, Organizational Development and Operations. Pam’s experience includes leadership positions with fast-paced public and private small to mid-size companies in diverse industries. She has been responsible for rapid growth initiatives, growing parts of organizations by 100% in six to twelve months. In addition, she has led cross-functional teams to re-build entire executive teams, HR departments, corporate cultures and organization structures which have directly led to improved productivity as measured by timely completion of aggressive corporate objectives. She has been involved in small and large-scale mergers and acquisitions, assisting and leading transition teams to blend the merging companies including downsizing companies by as much as 75% when necessary. Her most recent position as Vice President, Human Resources and corporate officer for a public biotechnology company gives her a strong understanding of how to develop and implement programs and processes that are realistic, simple to implement, efficient and aligned with the business strategy to maximize corporate effectiveness.

Pam’s strength as a consultant comes from her internal experience with companies, which allows her the unique understanding of internal politics and group dynamics along with the reality of day to day operations and priorities of the organization. Among her previous employers are Maxim Pharmaceuticals, Agouron Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer, The Eastridge Group and Macy’s Union Square.

Pam holds a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Diego State University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology with honors from the University of California at Davis.
