Leslie Solomon is a principal in Organization Effectiveness Consultants and has over twenty years experience and extensive expertise in designing, developing and implementing corporate development programs for BioTech, Telecommunications and Pharmaceutical companies. She has an accomplished history working with top executives in Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies. Leslie is highly adept at leveraging research and design skill for success in organizational diagnosis, management assessment, performance management and change management.
Leslie designs and implements individual, team and organizational development programs. Some key accomplishments include the development of a management assessment process designed and implemented for all Citicorp first line managers world-wide, the implementation of a Quality Program for all domestic AirTouch employees, strategic management process designed and implemented for all world-wide directors at Guidant Corporation and the design and implementation of Team Leader Development process and Team Leader Performance Enhancement for Pfizer La Jolla.
Leslie successfully works all aspects of training and development including working to transition the corporate culture to align with a strategy of quality and teamwork. She partners with executive leadership to define and evaluate the ongoing success of programs and the impact on job performance and culture.
Leslie holds a Masters Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Diego State University. She graduated with honors (Phi Kappa Phi).
