Eileen Hahn, MHROD
Eileen Hahn is a principal with Organization Effectiveness Consultants. She has helped individuals and organizations establish new levels of performance, teamwork and financial results. Eileen works with organizational leaders and teams to examine current processes and systems implement changes to achieve productivity improvement and profitability. Eileen works extensively with organizations in transition i.e. rapid growth, downsizing, restructuring and cultural transitions. She facilitates strategic planning, joint problem solving, process mapping and team building sessions and assists in implementing interventions to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Ms. Hahn has experience as an internal and external organization development professional. She has worked with a variety of public, private and non-profit organizations. Eileen also has experience as a Human Resources Director, Corporate Training Director, Sales Manager and Recruiter.
In addition to her consulting activities, Eileen is a professional speaker and university instructor. For over ten years she taught organizational theory and behavior, training and development, performance management and recruitment and selection to undergraduate and graduate students at Chapman University, San Diego State University and the University of California at San Diego. Eileen was the President of the American Society for Training and Development of San Diego in 1994.

Eileen has a Masters in Human Resources and Organization Development from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
